Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery
Our standard shipping, labeled as “Free Shipping” (fixed cost of $0.00), typically takes 20 to 45 business days (after the product is dispatched), depending on the customer’s location.
Products are dispatched within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your delivery at any time.
Delivery Delays
Please note: In certain situations, delivery times may extend for a few extra business days due to logistics delays, customs inspections, local holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Most Swiftrive orders (approximately 99%) are delivered directly to the customer’s address without any additional costs. However, in rare cases, your order may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by local customs authorities.
If this occurs, you will receive a notice from your local postal service informing you that your package has been held for customs clearance. You will need to pay any applicable fees to retrieve your item.
Swiftrive is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Postal Handling Fees
All orders placed with Swiftrive are international shipments and may be subject to postal handling fees charged by the local postal service. This fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Confirmation
After completing your purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on your payment method and credit card provider.
Tracking Number & Logistics
You will receive your tracking number by email or via the contact information provided during checkout.
Tracking information is typically sent within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.
It’s important to check your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or that the package appears open or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify our Customer Support team immediately.
🇺🇸 Customs Clearance
Orders are shipped internationally and pass through customs inspection before being released for delivery to your address. This process may add time to your delivery.
Local Delivery
Final delivery is always made by the local postal service (for the USA, typically USPS). In some cases — such as when the recipient is unavailable or there are delivery restrictions in your area — the postal service may leave a notice for you to pick up your package at the nearest post office.
Multiple Products
If your order contains two or more products, they may be shipped separately, and you will receive a unique tracking number for each item.
Order Tracking
Because this is an international order, tracking updates may take 5 to 20 business days to appear on your local postal service’s tracking system after the tracking number is generated.
Swiftrive is not responsible for damage caused during shipping — any issues should be addressed with your local postal service.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a new shipment will only be made after the customer covers the cost of new shipping fees.
If delivery attempts fail, your package will be held at your local post office for a limited period. If not picked up in time, the item will be returned to the sender overseas. A new shipment will depend on an agreement between Swiftrive and the customer.
Import Duties & Customs Fees
As this is an international shipping service, any merchandise may be subject to customs bureaucracy and import fees.
Swiftrive does not take responsibility for any additional costs (fees, charges, or taxes) imposed by the government.
