At Swiftrive, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have created a clear and transparent returns and exchange policy. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Before sending any product back, please contact our Customer Support to receive detailed instructions.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
You may request to cancel your order within 7 calendar days after receiving your product.
Conditions for returning your product:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, accessories, and the original invoice.

The return must be shipped via your local postal service, to the address provided by our support team.

In this case, Swiftrive covers the return shipping cost.
⚠️ Note: Products that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
1.2 Refunds
After inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

Credit Card: The refund may appear within up to two billing cycles, depending on your credit card provider.

Bank Transfer or Instant Payment (e.g., Pix): The refund will be completed within up to 10 business days after the return is approved.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
Swiftrive offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
How to request an exchange for defects:

The product must be shipped following the instructions from our Customer Support.

The item must be sent in its original packaging, with the invoice and a detailed description of the issue.

The technical analysis period is up to 15 business days after the product is received.
✅ If the analysis approves the exchange:
You may choose to:

Receive a new product identical to the one purchased, at no additional cost.

Exchange for another product available on our website, paying the difference if applicable.

Request a full refund.
❌ If the analysis does not approve the exchange:
The product will be returned to you with a detailed report and no replacement will be issued.
Reasons an exchange may be denied:

No defect or issue found.

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Natural wear and tear or improper care (e.g., incorrect washing).
2.2 Exchanges for Size or Color
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.
Each product listing includes detailed measurements to help customers choose the right option.
ℹ️ Important: Local consumer protection laws do not require stores to exchange products for buyer’s remorse regarding size, color, or model.
3. Order Cancellation by Swiftrive
Swiftrive may cancel an order automatically in certain situations, such as:

Payment failure or inability to charge the credit card.

Inconsistent or invalid customer information.

Product unavailable in stock.
3.1 Refunds for Order Cancellation
If your order is cancelled by Swiftrive, you will receive a 100% refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund applies in the following cases:

Delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

The product is no longer available in stock, and we are unable to offer an alternative.
